Between the Pixel and Google Home, 2016 was a major year for Google voice search, yet the organization’s plays in the space still appeared to pale in contrast with Amazon’s infiltration, courtesy of its fiercely fruitful Echo devices.
In today’s Q4 Alphabet profit call, Google Inc. President Sundar Pichai tended to what seems to be a poor start from the organization, calling the voice search space, “early days,” including, “We anticipate that voice will work from a wide range of contexts. We are considering it crosswise over phones, homes, TVs, autos and attempting to drive the biological community that way, and we need it to be there for clients when they require it.”
Without giving particular numbers, the executive referred to Home’s energetic deals, calling Q4 “exceptionally solid” for the item. Pichai’s not wrong, obviously.
